The Clair Bois Foundation is a private organisation benefiting from a service contract with the State of Geneva. In its five schools and homes located in Pregny-Chambésy, Lancy (Childhood - Adolescence Centre), Pinchat, Chêne-Bougeries and in the City of Geneva (Adult Centre), it welcomes people with multiple disabilities. It also supports young people in initial training and employs a significant number of staff in adapted employment (general services). 

For its Socio-Professional Centre, the Foundation is looking for:

A Cleaning Manager

As the Cleaning Sector Manager, you are responsible for ensuring the satisfaction of cleaning and maintenance services for the premises under your responsibility. You ensure the efficient use of available resources and equipment, while ensuring compliance with current hygiene and safety standards.

You supervise and plan all cleaning activities in several homes, while managing a team of employees. You pay particular attention to the quality of support and training for employees in adapted employment and young trainees.

You participate in all cleaning activities within your team.

You are proactive in proposing improvements to the quality and efficiency of the service.

Qualifications:

• Holder of a Federal VET Diploma in the field or equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position, including team management
• A strong interest in the social and disability sector
• Experience in apprentice training with a trainer certificate is an asset
• Driving licence essential
• Good knowledge of computer tools
• Swiss nationality or valid permit
