• Support and advice for existing customer relationships with a focus on investment and retirement planning
• Expansion of the existing customer base through targeted acquisition of new customers
• Participation in target group-specific market development measures such as contact campaigns, events, and representative tasks

• Completed banking training, advisor certification is an advantage
• Experience in customer support
