Employee Sorting Area / Recyclist (m/f/d)

For our sorting area at our Hardwald plant in Unterengstringen, we are looking for energetic support. We are seeking a team player who enjoys operating machines, is hands-on, thinks along, and is ready to take responsibility.

• Operation of the sorting excavator (mandatory requirement)
• Sorting and processing of construction waste and rubble
• Manual sorting work at the sorting area
• Acceptance, inspection, and separation of recycling materials
• Loading and monitoring of processing plants
• General work at the sorting area and in the recycling operation
• Compliance with safety, environmental, and quality regulations

• Experience in operating a sorting excavator (mandatory requirement)
• Training or professional experience as a recyclist, construction machinery operator, or in the construction or recycling environment is an advantage
• Practical experience handling construction waste, rubble, and recycling materials
• Physically fit and resilient, as manual sorting is also required
• Enjoy working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Independent working style as well as willingness to think along and take responsibility
• Reliable, a team player, and safety-conscious
• German language skills to communicate in everyday work
