Activities

Leading and managing the care team, consisting of social educators, caregivers, and nursing professionals
Personnel management and cash handling
Responsible for the application and compliance with official standards, internal procedures, and guidelines such as the social-pedagogical care concept
Collaborating and coordinating with external bodies such as clients, guardianships, schools, volunteers, emergency services
Developing structures, processes, and framework conditions regarding social-pedagogical work. Ensuring integrative work and support of all involved parties. Integrating all necessary specialist services
Responsible for and enforcing an effective emergency organization
Conducting regular internal and external reporting

Requirements

Tertiary education: Advanced professional examination (HFP, Federal Diploma) or equivalent (Bachelor level) in social pedagogy / social work or comparable
5 years of professional experience in the asylum or MNA sector desired
5 years of leadership experience in a comparable function desired
Good user knowledge of MS Office applications
Impeccable reputation (no entries in debt enforcement, criminal record, or special private extract)
German | spoken: C1 | written: C1
French | spoken: B2 | written: B2
English | spoken: B2 | written: B2
Any additional foreign language is an advantage
Driver's license category B desired
