QC Services & Compliance Manager (m/f) 100 %
To strengthen our team in Hettlingen, we are looking for a
Your tasks
- Evaluation of results from stability tests
- Ensuring control, sampling, and testing of packaging materials and media such as water, steam, and gases
- Coordination of product-related topics with project transfer, Quality Assurance, and Regulatory Affairs
- Technical support function in internal projects. Creating, evaluating, and documenting results, deciding on the definition of specifications, and creating documents
- Technical assessment of analytical deviation reports and OOS, preparation of corresponding reports within the area of responsibility
- Creating risk analyses, validation, and qualification documents within the area of responsibility
- Creation and coordination of CAPAs and change requests within the area of responsibility
- Participation and technical support during inspections and audits
- Ensuring, maintaining, and optimizing area-specific systems for process and product compliance (quality assurance, qualification and validation, maintenance, calibration, and method validation) within the area of responsibility
Your profile
- University degree in chemistry or pharmacy
- Several years of experience in analytics or registration of pharmaceutical products
- Several years of experience in the GMP/regulatory environment
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
- Very good English skills in spoken and written form
- Additional knowledge in project management and lean management
- Solid knowledge in the use of office programs (Word, Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint)
- Confident appearance and ability to present results
- Ability to collaborate across departments in projects
- Excellent communication
