Our dedicated, eight-member team "Systems, Processes & Projects" performs various change and run activities within the Financing Center and is responsible for the control, optimization, and documentation of processing and portfolio management processes. Together with agile teams, we actively contribute to the implementation of projects in the Financing Center and within the bank according to the SAFe approach to ensure the future-oriented development of our processes and systems. In doing so, we support the strategic goals of the Financing Center and take responsibility for process design in our area of responsibility. Furthermore, we are the central contact point for operational support of selected IT applications.

The Financing Center is responsible for timely and high-quality processing of all financing transactions of our customers. In addition, a large part of the financing decisions is made within the scope of competencies and credit policy, and the front-office transactions of the customer advisors are monitored. Our internal process and project team complements this area of responsibility and rounds off the range of services of the Financing Center.

Your tasks

Design, control, optimization, and documentation of processes in the processing and portfolio management of financings
Representation of the requirements of financing processing in the implementation organization and participation in cross-departmental projects
Preparation and conduct of workshops for requirements gathering as well as evaluation and prioritization of incoming improvement proposals
Development and evaluation of solution approaches and (IT) requirements for the further development of our systems
Support in operational support (1st level support) for selected IT applications as well as responsibility for testing, introduction, and training of new software
Support of management in topics such as internal control system, data analysis, audit, as well as operational resilience and operations risk management
Management of internal projects and occasional participation in the conception of initiatives

Your profile

Higher education (HF, FH, University) in business administration, banking & finance, business informatics, or a comparable field
Flair for optimizing processes and workflows as well as affinity for the IT world
Conceptual, analytical, and networked thinking combined with a high standard of quality and implementation
Knowledge of agile project methods such as SAFe, SCRUM, or Kanban
Convincing, target-group-oriented communication with negotiation skills and assertiveness
Several years of experience in project management and/or process management as well as experience in financing topics
Team player with joy in collaborating with different people and departments
