Job Description
For the production site in Düdingen/FR, we are looking for a Facility Management employee (m/f) in job sharing starting April 1, 2026 or by agreement
Together with your job sharing partner, you will take responsibility for a 100% workload.
We are open to different models of dividing the employment level. Please indicate your desired employment scope in your application.
You can expect varied and responsible tasks where you ensure smooth operations.
Canteen Area
- Supervising the canteen and the mid-morning snack offer
- Preparation of cold dishes and simple hot meals
- Managing the canteen cash register
- Support during company events and internal functions
- Weekly purchase of food and canteen supplies
- Compliance with hygiene and quality standards
- Willingness to take on additional cooking tasks in the future
Operational and Service Tasks
- Maintenance and inspection of water dispensers
- Watering and care of flowers and plants
- Preparation, distribution, and maintenance of personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Organization, collection, and distribution of workwear
- Support with maintenance work on the goods lift
- Inspection and ensuring readiness of eye wash stations
Qualifications
- Enjoy working with and for employees
- Very good German language skills
- Team-oriented, open, communicative, and flexible person
- Service-oriented, proactive as well as independent, structured, and goal-oriented working style
- Team-oriented thinking with a positive attitude towards supporting colleagues
- Willingness to step in full-time during holidays, illness/accident, and emergencies
