Team Leader IT Infrastructure & Systems (m/f) 80-100%

Our exciting and demanding IT projects, including smart meter rollout, smart grids, and the digitization of business processes, require powerful and secure IT systems as well as knowledgeable IT experts - key elements and success factors of digitization.
This is your job
- Management, organization, and development of the virtualization environment, both at the server level and at the client and application level
- Management, organization, and development of the network (LAN, WLAN, WAN)
- Participation in the development of cyber awareness and implementation of best practices
- Participation in various projects in the area of management and organization of IT components
- Close collaboration with the ServiceDesk according to defined ITIL processes
This is what you bring
- EFZ as an IT specialist and ideally a certified technician HF (ITIL 4 certification is an advantage)
- Several years of experience in client support
- Enjoy supporting and advising internal clients
- Process-oriented, skilled in creating documentation
- Main language German or French with good knowledge of the other language
