Your tasks

You are the central contact person for employees on operational HR questions and ensure support that is professionally sound and creates added value
Throughout the employee lifecycle, you manage the entire personnel administration – precisely, efficiently, and with the aim of designing processes so that they work for all parties involved
You work closely with the HR Business Partners and the HR Expertise team and jointly ensure that our HR services remain professional and up-to-date
With a clear process perspective, you analyze, prioritize, and further develop processes – not as an additional task, but as a natural part of your area of responsibility

Your profile

You have a commercial basic education and bring one to two years of professional experience in human resources management
You work service-oriented, communicate clearly, and are confident in interacting with different stakeholders – in both German and English
You work in a structured, reliable manner with a pronounced quality awareness
You question routines, contribute ideas, and enjoy improving processes and continuously developing your own way of working
