SONNHALDE in Grüningen is a psychiatric nursing and care center with around 300 residents of different ages. We focus not on diagnoses but on people. We accompany adults with mental impairments appreciatively, professionally, and on equal footing.

• You build sustainable relationships and create trust
• You conduct conversations and provide psychosocial support to our residents
• You promote independence and strengthen individual resources
• You work interdisciplinarily with the team, the wards, and the nursing & care management
• You participate in exchange with the wards in support and care planning

You plan and lead weekly group activities together with the team

• Completed HF/FH training in social pedagogy
• Experience in the psychiatric or psychosocial field is an advantage
• Enjoyment in relationship work
• Independent, structured way of working
• Team spirit, flexibility, and humor
