Your Tasks
As a dedicated specialist, you take responsibility for the night operations. Setting priorities comes easily to you, and you organize your work in such a way that the safety and quality of care for our residents is ensured. Monitoring and carrying out the nightly care processes, as well as checking, administering, and ordering medications, are among your main tasks. Professional and conceptual thinking and action are important to you, and you are open to innovations and tackle them with motivation. As a member of the night watch team, you are jointly responsible for a complete flow of information.
Your Profile
- Education at tertiary level (FH, HF, DNII, AKP, PsyKP, KWS)
- Very good German language skills
- Independence and initiative
- Flexibility and resilience
- Goal-oriented and solution-oriented working style
