To support our growing global footprint, we are looking for a Global Customer Engagement Solutions Lead to join our talented Global Commercial Operations team.
Boost our teamYou will join a dynamic and collaborative Global Commercial Operations team where strategy meets execution. In this pivotal role, you will act as the bridge between Global Marketing and IT, translating business needs into smart, compliant technology solutions that power omnichannel campaigns and enable data-driven engagement.
You will report directly to the Head of Global Commercial Operations and collaborate closely with internal teams (Marketing, Digital, IT, Legal, Compliance) as well as external partners.
This role is based in Switzerland or Denmark (eligibility to work in one of these countries is required), working in a remote setting. Occasional travel may be needed for internal and external events.
Your impactIn this critical role, you will own the strategic and operational evolution of our customer engagement platform landscape. From marketing automation to consent management and support for performance analytics integration, you will ensure that the tools behind the scenes are ready to deliver at scale.
You will also support the business in assessing new needs and make sure the right tools, workflows, and governance are in place. This includes ensuring platforms are configured to support seamless, compliant, and personalized omnichannel engagement across channels such as email, web, mobile, social, and field.
The role spans the full MarTech stack - including customer data platforms, CMS, tagging and analytics tools, social listening, and AdTech - ensuring each component works in concert to deliver impactful customer journeys.
With your technical expertise and strong stakeholder engagement skills, you will translate ideas into seamless execution.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Own and update the customer engagement platform roadmap
- Own the business-side governance and integration readiness of the full engagement platform stack
- Enable omnichannel customer engagement
- Identify gaps and lead solution evaluations
- Drive compliance, SOPs, and data flow alignment
- Support users with onboarding, guidance, and feedback loops

We are looking for someone with:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Business, IT, or a related field (Master's or MBA is a plus)
- 10+ years in customer engagement, MarTech, or digital operations
- Hands-on experience leading MarTech in regulated industries (pharma/life sciences preferred)
- Strong understanding of the customer engagement and MarTech ecosystem, including marketing automation, CDPs, consent management, tagging and analytics tools, CMS, social/paid media orchestration tools
- Proven ability to turn business needs into scalable digital solutions
- Fluent in English; additional languages a plus
In addition, you are a strong communicator and listener who bridges business and technical teams with ease. You are collaborative, engaging, and skilled at driving alignment across stakeholders. With solid facilitation abilities, analytical thinking, and the resilience to work independently, you bring structure and clarity to complex cross-functional initiatives.
