In our wonderful kiana daycare center in Luzern-Littau, we are looking for a warm, committed, and responsible group leader starting May 1, 2026, who will independently further develop, lead, and enrich the already existing group.Our facilities are nature-oriented and designed with great love. They leave plenty of space open so that the children can fully engage in play and nature and thus develop optimally.
Your tasks:
- Professional leadership of the group
- Guidance of apprentices and interns
- Implementation of our nature pedagogical and bilingual concept
- Responsibility for the group room and daily routine
- Completion of administrative tasks (maintaining and updating daily reports, child observations, portfolio, etc.)
- Ensuring smooth communication between the group, parents, and supervisors
- Conducting acclimatization processes
- Holding status meetings with parents
What you ideally bring:
- a recognized professional qualification in childcare
- trainer course
- professional experience in the role of group leader
- experience working in nature
- high professional and social competence
- good English skills
- enthusiastic and passionate about your work
