Your tasks

Responsibility as IT Business Partner for defined applications throughout the entire lifecycle and their integration into the existing IT landscape
Close collaboration with the specialist departments to capture, prioritize, and evaluate requirements
Consulting and end-to-end optimization of business and IT processes, including best practice recommendations, automation, digitization, and cost optimization
Ensuring application operation including coordination of 2nd and 3rd level support
Planning, coordination, and management of the entire release management across all system environments, including creation and maintenance of release plans, conducting release readiness reviews, and go/no-go decisions
Coordination between specialist departments, IT teams, and external partners within the scope of releases and projects
Project management and project participation in the responsible application and process areas
Training and support of internal specialist departments as well as creation of documentation

Your profile

Higher professional education as a business informatics specialist FH or equivalent qualification is an advantage
Several years of experience as an IT Business Partner, Application Manager, or in a comparable role
Experience in release management as well as coordination of changes and deployments is an advantage
Very good knowledge in the analysis and optimization of end-to-end business processes
Technical basic understanding of system architectures, interfaces, and operational processes
Strong customer and service orientation as well as very good communication skills
Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
