Your tasks as a certified nursing specialist

• Implementation of professional and individual care and support
• Medication management
• Recognizing changes and initiating necessary measures
• Support in care planning as well as documentation of administrative tasks
• Maintaining electronic nursing documentation
• Ensuring that the assistant staff is used effectively and supported
• Ensuring the night routine

Your profile and qualifications

• You have completed nursing training HF (DNI, AKP). You have experience in long-term care as well as knowledge and experience with RAI, and medical-technical activities. You are a team player, reliable, and resilient. You are open to new things and motivated. You have an independent and committed working style with a high sense of responsibility. You are characterized by networked thinking and good organizational skills. Enjoy working with elderly people and have an empathetic manner.
