Your Tasks
As a committed professional, you take responsibility for the night operation. Setting priorities comes easily to you and you organize your work so that the safety and quality of care for our residents is ensured. Monitoring and carrying out the nightly care processes as well as checking, administering, and ordering medications are among your main tasks. Professional and conceptual thinking and acting are important to you, and you are open to innovations and tackle them with motivation. As a member of the night watch team, you are jointly responsible for complete information flow.
Your Profile
- Education at tertiary level (FH, HF, DNII, AKP, PsyKP, KWS)
- Very good German skills
- Independence and initiative
