To support the Finance and Services division, Material Management and Purchasing department, we are looking for a

Dispatcher / Deputy Head of Warehouse Department (m/f/d) 100%

We actively shape the energy transition and are looking for a motivated personality who wants to help shape this change.

This is what you will do:

• Management of the material warehouse for the Electricity and Telecom Network area
• Organization of internal transport and scheduling of vehicles
• Setting minimum stock levels, processing demand reports and orders
• Checking order confirmations and invoices in the ERP system Abacus
• Ensuring optimal warehouse management
• Picking, incoming goods inspection, and proper storage
• Contact with suppliers, scheduling of drivers, and assistance with transport orders
• Managing the petty cash for material sales and preparing monthly closings

This is what you bring with you:

• Completed basic training as a sanitary or electrical installer EFZ and further training as a logistics or purchasing clerk is an advantage
• Commercial knowledge and confident handling of MS Office
• You are an organizational talent with an independent, precise, and efficient way of working and convince through resilience, responsibility, and team spirit.
