Are you a process-driven expert with a strong customs background? Do you enjoy working in an international and cross-functional environment and want to take global responsibility for shaping customs and trade compliance processes? Then this is your chance to help shape Hilti’s customs future!

What You’ll Bring

Master’s degree in logistics, international trade, Industrial Engineering, law or a related field

Proven experience in customs or global trade compliance, ideally in a B2B environment; familiarity with Swiss, EU, and US export control laws is preferred

Experience working with legal, procurement, or audit functions; skilled in building governance and risk management frameworks

Proficient in MIC trade compliance software and SAP S/4HANA

Excellent English skills (German is a plus); strong communicator with a passion for cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement

Proven project management experience in a cross-functional and global setting
