The kjz (Child and Youth Welfare Center) is a polyvalent counseling center for families, parents, adolescents, children, and toddlers and operates based on the Child and Youth Welfare Act of the Canton of Zurich. Your tasks:
- Answering calls and forwarding information
- Reception and welcoming of clients
- Electronic case recordings and other tasks in the case application
- IT support for employee user questions
- Assisting in the creation and adjustment of communication materials
- Correspondence, minute-taking, and simple financial tasks
- General secretarial work and tasks assigned by supervisors
- Occasional support of social workers with administrative matters
You bring with you:
- Completed 3-year commercial basic training
- Several years of professional experience in customer reception and understanding in dealing with people in difficult situations
- Excellent oral and written German skills
- Good PC user skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
- Reliable, independent, and very precise working style
- Confident appearance and good manners
- Enjoyment in contact with people and a lively environment
