You work in the Caritas Second Chance store. You assist unemployed people in the work process, prepare for work, and provide sorted goods for sale.
Task Description
60% Workplace Support (Agogics)
- Accompanying unemployed people in the work process
- Coordination and scheduling of work assignments
- Work preparation
- Quality control and assistance in work
40% Production Assistance
- Assisting in the storage, provision, and sale of Second Chance items (furniture, sports equipment, devices, clothing)
Required Knowledge
Completed vocational training/middle school, interest and motivation in social work
Desired Knowledge
- Independent and team-oriented working style
- Social competence
- Training in the social or educational field (Nice To Have)
- Willingness to collaborate with social assistance recipients and (long-term) unemployed individuals
