Your tasks
- Process quotations and tenders
- Handle small orders independently (including orders, scheduling)
- Coordinate purchasing and material orders
- Write and follow up on invoices
- Process inquiries from customers and architects
- Support project managers and management with administrative tasks
- Participate in internal projects and process optimizations
Your profile
- Commercial experience or professional experience in the construction/metal construction sector
- Career changers with a craft or construction background are welcome
- Very good IT skills, proficient in digital processes
- Structured, independent, and reliable working style
- Team player, communicative, resilient
- German spoken and written
