SUISA enables music to be used publicly and ensures that the music creators are fairly paid for this use. Due to maternity leave, we are looking for an experienced specialist for our financial accounting by agreement until March 2026. The workload is about 60-80% and 100% during the year-end closing (mid-January – end of March 2026).These tasks will excite you
- You are responsible for the processes and daily business in financial accounting
- You prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements as well as the annual financial statement (accounting part) including Excel-based reporting
- You are responsible for the rough allocation of the joint tariffs to the sister companies in Switzerland
- You play an important role in the introduction of our new ERP system as of January 1, 2026 (MS Dynamics 365 F&O)
- You maintain close contact with our "Members" and "Distribution" departments for financial-technical questions (billing, payments, tax certificates, etc.)
This is what sets you apart
- You have a commercial and/or business administration education and ideally further training in finance and accounting
- You bring several years of experience in a similar position
- You have experience in Swiss GAAP FER
- Very good MS F&O and Excel skills complete your profile
- You can contribute your analytical thinking, process orientation, and project experience with us
