For our location in Lachen, we are looking for a PROJECT MANAGER BUILDING PHYSICS, 80-100%, starting immediately or by arrangement.

YOUR MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Project management and processing in the areas of energy, thermal/moisture protection, sustainability, and acoustics (noise protection, building and room acoustics)
• Creation of concepts and proofs, planning of detailed solutions, technical consulting, conducting measurements (thermal/moisture protection, acoustics)
• Handling projects and execution details concerning structural building construction
• Consulting clients and architects

YOU HAVE…

• a (specialist) university degree in architecture or engineering sciences. Related training at technical schools and additional training in the field of energy are also possible
• several years (five years or more) of professional experience in the areas of building physics (concepts, calculations and proofs, detailed planning, measurement technology, building inspections, etc.)
• in-depth knowledge of SIA standards (e.g., SIA 180, SIA 181, SIA 380/1, etc.), cantonal energy laws, and possibly noise protection regulations
• good knowledge of specialized software (e.g., Lesosai, Flixo, Sketchup, IDA ICE, WUFI, CadnaA, etc.)
• the attributes "team player, resilient, independent, innovative"
• customer- and solution-oriented thinking and acting
• confident German spoken and written, English is an advantage
