Job Description
- Training to become a Diploma Nursing Specialist depending on prior education 2-3 years
- Responsibility for the care and support of people at different stages of life.
- Professional responsibility and engagement with the nursing process
- Support of patients and their relatives in difficult situations
- Close cooperation within the intra- and interdisciplinary team
Qualifications
- Sense of responsibility, physical and mental resilience, and quick comprehension
- Service orientation, patience, and sensitivity in dealing with people
- Enjoyment of nursing and medical-technical activities and teamwork
- Good manners as well as adaptability and communication skills
- Completed vocational training with a federal certificate of competence (advantage: Health Specialist EFZ) or a school leaving certificate FMS or Matura
- Passed or ongoing aptitude procedure (the form can be downloaded directly at bz-gs.ch )
