For our specialized professional team, we are looking for a motivated
Nursing Specialist HF/FH with a focus on Dementia or Palliative Care (40 - 80%)
Your tasks:
- Responsibility for nursing quality: You are responsible for qualified and resource-oriented care and advice for our clients as well as their relatives. Your goal is to ensure holistic and empathetic care and support.
- Leadership and management of the nursing process: You accompany the entire nursing process, conduct needs assessments and roundtable discussions, and ensure that the quality of care remains consistently high.
- Interdisciplinary collaboration: You coordinate close cooperation with other professionals and ensure that relatives and external services are optimally involved.
- Design of nursing processes: Your experience and ideas are needed to further develop nursing processes and continuously improve our care.
What you bring with you:
- Completed training as a Nursing Specialist HF/FH, ideally with further education in Dementia and/or Palliative Care or willingness to further train in these areas
- High level of professional and social competence as well as an independent and responsible way of working
- Flexibility and empathy: You handle physical and psychological stress with confidence.
- Driver's license category B available
