Your tasks include
- Receiving phone calls of all kinds and forwarding them to the responsible person
- Personal reception of patients, handling admission formalities, opening medical records, electronic recording of patient details and statistical data
- Writing by dictation, reports and correspondence for all therapeutic staff
- Electronic performance recording
- Support in processing rejections
- General secretarial tasks with processing incoming and outgoing mail
- Medication management and dispensing of medications as well as anesthetics
You bring the following
- Completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant EFZ with professional experience
- Empathetic interaction with patients
- Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
- Good computer skills (Windows, Word, Excel, Vitomed is an advantage, KIS)
- Enjoyment of independent work
- Connected, precise, and solution-oriented thinking
- Team-oriented, resilient, and responsible professional
- Flexible for vacation replacements
