Erlenhof | SIBU-SRIHV is part of Erlenhof | Foundation. With the specialist areas of consulting, training, and integration, the Swiss specialist center for visually impaired people in the professional environment (SIBU) offers a unique and comprehensive range of services for people with visual impairments in the professional context. Affected persons, IV offices, and employers are advised, accompanied, and supported in the process of professional integration. Our goal is to enable people with visual impairments to live as independently as possible both professionally and privately. Our clients are the cantonal IV offices.
To complement our team in the Integration department at the Basel location, we are looking for a specialist for the position starting January 1, 2026, or by arrangement:
Job Coaching 60% (m/f/d)
Your area of responsibility:- You are responsible for accompanying and supporting our clients in the application process and active job search in the primary labor market (internships, apprenticeships, or jobs)
- You regularly acquire new partner companies (contacting for open positions, contacting at conferences, apprenticeship fairs, and other events, etc.)
- You are responsible for maintaining the existing network
- You contribute to the further development of services and concepts and monitor current trends in the field of labor integration
- Coordination with internal specialists and ensuring case documentation as well as reporting
- You have a vocational training and/or a university of applied sciences degree as well as several years of professional experience and enjoy developing yourself in a dynamic environment
- You must have professional experience in the field of professional integration, human resources, or vocational education
- You have a humorous and resilient personality with proven professional and social skills as well as a clear and benevolent attitude
- IT affinity (especially for new application channels)
- Willingness to travel (throughout German-speaking Switzerland)
