Your Tasks
Your tasks as a senior physician in the Interdisciplinary Emergency Center
- Leadership and Supervision
You take on the role of medical shift leader of the emergency operation and supervise the assistant physicians in patient care. - Promotion of Professional Qualifications
You support the assistant physicians in obtaining the certificate of competence for clinical emergency medicine and in further developing their ultrasound skills. - Interdisciplinary Exchange
You maintain close contact with the referrers and the various specialties of the Cantonal Hospital Aarau (KSA). - Further Education and Internal Clinical Processes
You actively participate in the further education of the physicians and engage in internal clinical processes. - Shift Work
You participate in the shift work system and ensure the presence of senior physicians around the clock (24/7).
Your Profile
- You hold one of the following specialist titles: General Internal Medicine, Intensive Care Medicine, Cardiology, Anesthesiology, Surgery, Orthopedic Surgery and Traumatology (foreign diploma with MEBEKO recognition)
- Willingness to work interdisciplinarily
- High resilience
- Completed certificate of competence "Clinical Emergency Medicine SGNOR" or close to completion
- Good ultrasound skills are an advantage
- You are a team player, flexible and committed
- Excellent German language skills, spoken and written
