As Head of Operations Governance, you are the driving force behind our operational excellence and significantly shape the future of our business processes in Switzerland. You lead a dedicated team and are part of the SI Buildings Operations Steering Committee, where you help shape strategic decisions. Your new tasks
- Leadership and further development of the Operations Governance team for SI Buildings Switzerland
- Strategic co-design of the further development of operational processes as a member of the Operations Steering Committee
- Assuming end-to-end responsibility for the continuous optimization of operational execution processes
- Analysis of operational weaknesses in end-to-end processes and derivation of sustainable optimization potentials
- Evaluation of optimization measures based on sound business cases and ensuring sustainable impact
- Definition, harmonization, and implementation of operational standards at the Swiss-wide level
- Driving operational transformation as well as the digitization and automation of processes
- Implementation of change management processes and activities
- Ensuring consistent implementation of decided measures and reviewing their effectiveness
- Collaboration with national and international stakeholders and creating transparency through structured reporting
Your talents and experience
- Several years of leadership experience with team responsibility
- Technical education with business management further training
- Solid understanding of operational processes and their optimization, ideally in the context of Swiss-wide harmonization and standardization
- Experience in collaboration and management of cross-functional teams for the further development of operational processes
- Experience in transformation and change initiatives, including taking on implementation responsibility
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as strong business case orientation
- High communication and moderation skills at all hierarchy levels
- Result orientation, entrepreneurial thinking, and assertiveness
- Fluent German and English skills; French skills are an advantage
