Co-Team Leader Nursing and Care,
Member of the Management, m/f/d, 80-100% workload
Your area of responsibility

Together with your co-leadership
You have several years of experience in long-term care and proven leadership skills. You are responsible for the organization of the entire nursing and are directly subordinated to the home management in a dynamic environment. Dedicated collaboration in nursing and care as well as in projects or initiatives ensures the quality of care in the house together with your co-leadership. You ensure the correct implementation of the nursing philosophy and create the duty roster.
You work continuously with your co-leadership on process improvements and are in close contact with the other departments.
You have a nursing education at HF level or equivalent. You act very professionally and socially competent. You are proficient in common IT programs and your German is fluent.
Engagement and know-how are very welcome and through active participation in this environment you contribute to a successful outcome. For your personal development, you can count on our support.
