Product Developer 100% (m/f/d)

Where tradition meets innovation: For over 130 years, Traitafina AG in Lenzburg has stood for quality, taste, and craftsmanship. Around 300 employees and 12 apprentices ensure daily that our fresh meat, sausage, and traiteur specialties find their way into gastronomy and retail. To strengthen our teams, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed personality as:

Mission: Development, optimization, and industrialization of innovative, high-quality products from idea to production maturity while ensuring quality, efficiency, and enjoyment.

Your area of responsibility:

• Product development according to specifications from development order and development management
• Process development and optimization
• Optimization and further development of existing products and processes
• Support in resolving quality deviations in cooperation with quality assurance
• Testing and evaluation of new raw materials
• Planning, execution, and accompaniment of developments from commercial samples to industrial production maturity
• Maintenance and organization of the test kitchen as well as the product development warehouse
• Planning and conducting tastings and internal product presentations (externally in consultation with sales management)
• Maintaining and continuously developing expertise in product development

Your profile:

• Basic training as a cook EFZ, further education in food technology FH is an advantage
• At least 5 years of professional experience
• Creativity, intuition, and enthusiasm for experimentation to develop new solutions
• Affinity for vegetarian and vegan lifestyles
• Confident knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), CSB knowledge is an advantage
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form, English and French skills are an advantage
• Logical and networked thinking as well as independent, structured working style
• Initiative, flexibility, resilience, teamwork, and helpfulness
