Your tasks
- You support the judges at the highest cantonal court with your expertise by assisting them in case instruction, decision-making, and trial management.
- You independently prepare well-founded draft judgments and decisions with a focus on civil law (excluding family law) as well as civil and criminal procedural law, thus contributing to precise legal decisions.
- You analyze fundamental and complex legal issues and develop clear and sustainable solutions.
- You participate in court hearings and judgment consultations. In doing so, you take the minutes and provide advisory support.
Your profile
- Completed law degree, a lawyer's license, and ideally professional experience in civil and/or criminal law (law firm, court, or public prosecutor's office).
