To expand our organization, we are looking for an immediate or agreed upon start for a
Nursing Service Manager 60-80%
Tasks:
- Together with our team leaders for somatics and psychiatry, you ensure smooth operations in our daily business.
- You take responsibility for the operational management of our nursing teams and coordinate the duty roster together with the team leaders.
- You are responsible for implementing professional nursing quality.
- You support strategic decisions of the management and assist in their implementation in daily nursing operations.
- Contact with clients, relatives, health insurance companies, and our interdisciplinary partners.
- You are the contact person for the team leaders and provide support where needed.
- Enjoy working independently, structured, and responsibly.
- You are ready to further develop our Spitex together with the new co-management.
- Structured and efficient working style.
- You remain calm under pressure and can also laugh with us sometimes.
Requirements:
- Completed training as a registered nurse HF (foreign diplomas must be recognized by the SRK).
- Several years of leadership experience, preferably in Spitex.
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form.
- You are proficient in using computers and common software programs.
- You are confident with RAI-HC, Perigon (or similar programs).
- Flexibility, resilience, and teamwork skills.
