Job Description
- Professional and nursing care focused on patients during their stay in the OR.
- Always considers patient safety and privacy.
- Observes and understands standards as guidelines in their work, reviews and assesses various working methods, and adapts them if necessary.
- Uses materials and devices according to professional criteria and handles them economically and environmentally friendly.
- Regularly checks devices for functionality and has them serviced if necessary.
- Considers the overall team situation in work planning and sets appropriate priorities.
- Adheres to hygiene guidelines, laser and radiation protection regulations, and a preventive working approach in fulfilling daily tasks.
- Assists in creating standards and processes and deliberately uses means and measures to improve quality.
- Communicates and works within the intra- and interdisciplinary team.
Qualifications
- Completed specialized course in surgical positioning and many years of experience in this role
- Technical skills
- Sense of responsibility, commitment, and flexibility
- Open and team-oriented personality
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
