• Establishing industry-wide supervision in asset management
• Risk-based and data-driven supervision of investment products
• Subject Matter Expert for on-site inspections in the area of investment funds
• Coordination within FINMA on asset management supervision topics
• Analysis of regulatory and economic developments in asset management at national and international levels as well as evaluation of the need for action

• University degree in economics, ideally with further training as CFA, CAIA, FRM, or auditor
• At least 8 years of professional experience in the investment fund sector
• Excellent analytical skills and assertiveness
• Communicative and proactive personality with an independent working style as well as strong collaboration and coordination skills
• Skilled in handling data and data-driven models
• Very good German or French skills (C2) and good knowledge (B2) of the other language as well as English skills (B2)
