As an Operations Employee in Picking (m/f/d), you make an important contribution to a smooth flow of goods. Operations Employee / Picker (m/f/d)
- Picking: You pick Wander products according to picking lists and shipping regulations and pack them securely in packages or on pallets for transport
- Goods Handling: You support the shipping of online shop orders and ensure that all items are correctly prepared and processed.
- Warehouse Organization: You take on tasks in the picking area such as releasing and monitoring orders in the warehouse management system, storing and retrieving pallets in the high-bay warehouse, and managing storage locations.
- Assembly: You support the assembly team as needed, e.g., assembling displays or labeling promotional goods, thus contributing to a smooth workflow in the team.
- Quality & Safety Standards: You maintain and check the picking vehicles and always ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and hygiene guidelines throughout the work area.
- Training & Experience: You have successfully completed training as a logistics specialist EBA/EFZ or have several years of professional experience in an industrial environment.
- Initiative & Work Style: You like to get involved, work very proactively, and reliably take on both practical and administrative and organizational tasks.
- IT & System Competence: Your good computer skills enable you to operate IT systems efficiently; ideally, you have already worked with SAP or Brisoft.
- Communication & Language: You have good German skills in speaking and writing and convince with clear, transparent, and respectful communication.
- Quality & Safety Awareness: Occupational safety, health protection, and compliance with internal quality standards are your highest priorities.
- Resilience & Fitness: You are flexible, resilient, and have good physical fitness to optimally meet the daily demands in the warehouse.
