About the job
In our great daycare center in Horw, we are looking for a motivated, trained, and responsible group leader for the baby group starting April 1, 2026.
Our rooms are nature-oriented and designed with a lot of love. They leave plenty of space open so that the children can fully engage in play and nature and develop optimally.
Your tasks:
- Professional leadership of the group
- Guidance of apprentices and interns
- Implementation of our nature pedagogical and bilingual concept
- Responsibility for the group room and daily routine
- Completion of administrative tasks (maintaining and updating daily reports, child observations, portfolio, etc.)
- Ensuring smooth communication between the group, parents, and supervisors
- Conducting acclimatization periods
- Conducting status meetings with parents
What you ideally bring:
- A vocational training recognized in Switzerland in childcare (mandatory)
- Trainer course
- Professional experience as a group leader
- Experience working in nature
- High professional and social competence
- Good English skills
- You are enthusiastic and love your work
