Your tasks
- You analyze, document, configure, and test the implementation of SwissSalary within the scope of separate mandates or integrated into larger ERP projects
- You train the customer's end users
- You support and assist customers in productive operation
- You coordinate collaboration with the customer to capture special requirements, analyze them conceptually, and develop solution proposals
- In ERP projects with D365, you take on the role of consultant for HR functionalities
- You collaborate with our development department as needed
- You support our sales team in preparing offers

Your profile
- Completed education with further training in HR, payroll specialist or social insurance
- At least 2 years of professional experience in payroll accounting, preferably in fiduciary services or for companies with holding structures
- Very good knowledge of the Swiss social security system, payroll, and labor law
- Experience in initial implementation and operational support, e.g. with SwissSalary
- Functional knowledge in Microsoft D365 (HR) or willingness to learn it
- High IT affinity and interest in the interface between payroll and digitalization
- Independence with the ability to work in a team
- Customer-oriented, structured, communicative, and empathetic in dealing with people
- Very good German and English skills
