Your Tasks
- Professional and operational management of hospital logistics including distribution and disposal on our hospital campus
- Conducting clarifications with suppliers to ensure that the products meet our requirements
- Ensuring logistics processes
- Demand planning and ensuring material availability in close coordination with nursing, OR, technical and other departments
- Operational assortment management
- Ensuring optimal procurement and inventory management of all products
- Participation in inventory
- Negotiation of prices for capital goods
- Contact person for suppliers, internal customers and external logistics providers
- Analysis and optimization of internal logistics processes with regard to efficiency, cost-effectiveness and sustainability
- Participation in the introduction of digital logistics solutions (e.g. full inventory management, ERP change)
- Leadership and development of the logistics team, including deployment planning, training and quality control
Your Profile
- Completed training as a logistics specialist EFZ
- Several years of experience in hospital/healthcare
- Physically resilient and flexible
- Good knowledge of inventory management and logistics processes
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as ideally good English and/or French skills
- Precise and quality-conscious working style
- Confident handling of digital logistics and ERP systems (e.g. SAP MM, logistics modules, Opale)
- Analytical, logical and conceptual thinking skills as well as organizational skills
- High personal responsibility, assertiveness and communication skills in an interdisciplinary environment
- Hands-on mentality
- Understanding of the challenges and dynamics of hospital operations as well as a strong service orientation
