Your Tasks
- Psychosocial counseling of rehabilitants, focus on SGB IX as well as SGB III, SGB V and SGB VI
- Patient lectures and seminars on social law topics and professional reintegration
- Initiation of professional rehabilitation measures
- Participation in the social medical performance assessment in the interdisciplinary team
- Mediation of post-stationary support services and further contacts to outpatient counseling centers
- Assistance in dealing with offices and authorities
