We are looking for a proactive individual who will competently and solution-orientedly co-manage facility management and building services at our headquarters in Zurich on a daily basis.
What to expect
- You are present in the building, always keep an eye on rooms and infrastructure, and intervene when something is not working or missing
- Independently identify defects (e.g., broken facilities, dirt, missing consumables, technical malfunctions) and immediately initiate appropriate measures
- Ensure the operational readiness of meeting rooms (furnishing, technology, order)
- Mail handling including scanning, digital archiving, and internal distribution
- Management and reordering of office and consumable materials
- Support for internal events (setup and teardown, infrastructure)
- Ensure the smooth operation of the tea kitchens
- Organization and control of waste management
- Coordination and supervision of external service providers
- General operational activities to ensure a functioning office routine
What you bring
- Experience in facility services, building services, building operations, or a comparable activity
- Basic training in crafts, building technology, housekeeping, logistics, or a similar field is an advantage
- Very good German skills, ideally Swiss German
- Very high observation and perception skills for the condition and order of rooms and infrastructure
- High flexibility and commitment during the week
- Independent, proactive, and reliable working style
- Strong service and problem-solving orientation
- Physical and organizational resilience
