You can look forward to these tasks

• You conduct credit checks and creditworthiness assessments and are responsible for dunning in all business areas
• Ordering service and delivery stops for risk customers and conducting telephone collection
• Initiating and carrying out debt collection measures in judicial and extrajudicial procedures as well as negotiating payment agreements and other collection measures
• You reconcile bank and accounting accounts
• Clarifications related to open accounts receivable and creating various reports

• You have successfully completed a commercial basic education or equivalent training and have good knowledge of the debt enforcement system (good SchKG knowledge) as well as several years of experience in debt collection or accounts receivable
• You are independent, precise in your work and value a clean structure
• A strong negotiating and diplomatic manner with customers is no problem for you
• You are proficient in MS Office and ideally also know Microsoft Dynamics, and you also have a high degree of independence and resilience
• Confident communication in German as well as good oral and written skills in French; additionally, knowledge of Italian and English is an advantage
