Requirements Profile
- You are an open personality with experience in long-term care.
- Ideally, you have knowledge in palliative care and the RAI/RUG system or are willing to acquire it.
- You have very good oral and written German skills and understand the Swiss German language.
- Accompanying trainees as a vocational trainer as well as promoting and learning in the team gives you joy and rounds off your profile.
