Department:DDTEEntity:Bridges and Roads Service (SPCH) – Support and Multimodality Office (OSMO) – Road Maintenance Management (GMAR)Activities:You develop, maintain, and operate road information systems to enable planning of road pavement maintenance for cantonal roads, feed the road noise cadastre, provide teams with useful data for their missions, establish the cadastre of road water drainage pipes, and make data available for exceptional transport routes. You also assist the road maintenance team in projects for acquiring Lidar laser data and ARAN road inspection. Finally, you act as the IT contact for the service and intervene at the first level for technical problems encountered by collaborators.Desired profile:Holder of a diploma as a technician in civil engineering or geomatics, you have at least 5 years of experience in the GIS field. You master IT tools such as spatial databases PostgreSQL, QGIS, and geodata processing solutions like FME, and demonstrate a real interest in the management and administration of Windows networks. Autonomous and proactive, you know how to manage priorities. You stand out by your ability to propose innovative solutions and your taste for analysis in a constantly evolving field. Your sense of responsibility, collaborative spirit, and flexibility in work organization are essential to the success of this role, which also requires ease in human relations.
