Requirements Engineer

We develop and operate the SIC payment system on behalf of the Swiss National Bank – the backbone of the Swiss financial center.
As a Requirements Engineer, you actively shape the further development of this system-critical platform and influence the future of payment transactions in Switzerland. In the agile Scrum team, you ensure that requirements are clearly formulated and implemented into functional solutions – together with business specialists and developers.

These are your tasks
- You collect and analyze requirements in a structured way, e.g. through workshops, interviews, shadowing, and document analysis
- You specify functional and non-functional requirements clearly, consistently, and testably according to defined RE guidance
- You work closely with other Requirements Engineers, Product Owners, developers, QA, and business stakeholders
- You document requirements transparently and ensure their quality throughout the entire engineering lifecycle
- You work in an agile Scrum environment and create clear business user stories for efficient implementation
What you bring with you
- You have experience in the structured elicitation of requirements
- You can specify and further develop functional and non-functional requirements precisely, testably, and consistently
- You communicate clearly and can prepare complex content understandably for different stakeholders
- You strive for continuous improvement and use modern RE methods such as IREB standards (e.g. UML) or other best practices
- Practical experience with Jira, Confluence, and agile project approaches is an advantage
