The Alterszentrum Sumiswald AG has over 130 single rooms in a rural setting in the Emmental. A total of 230 employees and around 40 volunteers are respectfully and dedicatedly committed to the well-being of the residents.

• Co-responsibility for situation-related, professionally competent care and support of our residents with dementia
• Taking over daily responsibility after thorough introduction
• Care documentation in careCoach
• Collaboration in the further development of the care area
• Completion of administrative tasks

• Completed training at secondary level in the care sector and enjoyment of long-term care
• Appreciative basic attitude
• Strong affinity for working with people
• Openness and team-oriented thinking and acting

• Working in a personal environment
• Appreciative interaction and informal culture among employees
• Collective labor agreement for staff of Bernese long-term care institutions
