This is what your daily routine looks like

• You take co-responsibility for the organization and management of the assisted living area with 27 residents and an interdisciplinary team. 
• As Deputy Head, you are primarily responsible for the medical and nursing care of the residents and are supported by the Specialist Nursing Manager Glockenthal.
• You conduct doctor visits together with the resident doctor, prepare needs reports for Spitex, and check the service invoices.
• You take on the introduction and support of new employees and perform day shifts as part of the shift operation.

• You have completed nursing training at functional level 3 and ideally have some leadership experience and look forward to getting to know this exciting field of work.
• You like making decisions and look forward to managing a "small business" together with the Head of Assisted Living.
• Furthermore, you are used to working independently and meet the self-determined residents at eye level and with a lot of empathy. 
• Enjoying working with older people and their individual needs completes your profile.
