Tasks
- Set up and operate our 3-axis machining centers: Willemin Macodel 701S.
- Ensure production meets deadlines and quality standards.
- Engage in process improvement and machine optimization.
Skills
- Hold a CFC in polymechanics, precision mechanics, or similar.
- Be autonomous in CNC machining with brass, gold, and titanium.
- Have strong experience in horological movement manufacturing.

Your mission within our Manufacture
- Adjustment and setup of our 3-axis machining centers: Willemin Macodel 701S;
- Production start-up respecting deadlines;
- Quality control and validation of series start-ups;
- Participation in process improvement;
- Reliability and optimization of machine settings;
Your profile and skills
- You hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a polymechanic, precision mechanic, micromechanic or an equivalent qualification.
- You are autonomous in CNC machining on materials such as brass, gold, and titanium.
- You have very good experience in a similar position in the watch movement field.
- You enjoy working independently in a quality environment.
- You are fully available for 2-shift team schedules as well as for a temporary/contract assignment.
