As a Sustainability Manager, you actively drive the group-wide sustainability reporting of VP Bank, actively shape its further development, and ensure that we fully meet our regulatory requirements. You like to get involved, think proactively, and enjoy advancing ESG topics operationally. You consolidate different international reporting requirements into a uniform and consistent structure.

• Independent coordination and management of the group-wide sustainability declaration according to CSRD/ESRS, as well as other frameworks (e.g., UNGC, PRB, PRI, S&P CSA)
• Further development, implementation, and documentation of the double materiality analysis according to CSRD/ESRS and EBA guidelines on ESG risk management
• Optimization of our ESG data and reporting processes as well as internal control mechanisms
• Support in the development and implementation of effective sustainability measures
• Monitoring regulatory developments in the area of sustainability reporting and deriving necessary actions

• Completed master's degree in economics
• Several years of experience in sustainability reporting
• Understanding of interfaces between sustainability and banking/finance
• Programming experience in R or Python is desirable
• Structured, careful, and independent working style
• Open, flexible, and communicative personality
• Fluent German and very good English skills (spoken and written)
