Your Tasks
- Factual and organizational management of the gerontopsychiatric ward
- Control and further development of nursing processes
- Personnel management, duty scheduling, and team development
- Ensuring high nursing quality and implementation of applicable standards
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with doctors (m/f/d), therapists (m/f/d), and other professional groups
Your Profile
- Support of the ward management in the professional, organizational, and personnel leadership of the gerontopsychiatric ward
- Participation in duty and vacation planning
- Ensuring and continuous development of nursing and care quality
- Guidance, motivation, and promotion of employees
- Active participation in the nursing care of gerontopsychiatric patients (m/f/d)
- Close cooperation with doctors (m/f/d), therapists (m/f/d), and the multiprofessional team
